My extensive multicultural experience living and working in Canada, Netherlands, France, UK, Australia, Balkans and the Middle East, along with my fluency in English, French, Dutch, Serbo-Croatian, and Russian, allows me to effectively communicate with colleagues and clients from diverse backgrounds. In addition to my strong cross-cultural competencies, I am a certified Master Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma, with expertise in Lean, DMAIC, and DFLSS methodologies. I have in-depth knowledge in a wide range of subjects including Working Capital and Supply Chain Improvement, Management of Innovation in R&D organizations, Best Practice Sharing, Strategy development and Operational Excellence. What sets me apart is my ability to design and facilitate complex workshops and moderate discussions on a very high level. I possess particular knowledge of Design for Lean Six Sigma tools and their application in the strategy development decision-making process.
