I am currently serving as the Director of the Asia-Pacific Centre for Operational Excellence (APCOE) Limited and holding the position of Adjunct Professor in Digital Transformation and Operations Excellence. I have been invited to lead and participate in various industry research and consultancy projects in diverse industry sectors, ranging from healthcare, banking, higher education to manufacturing and services, across multiple countries including the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom, Japan, Singapore, South Korea, Malaysia, India, Indonesia, China, and UAE. In addition to my current role, I have also held positions as an adjunct professor and senior consultant in top research institutions such as the University of Wollongong (Australia), National University of Singapore (Singapore), Meiji University (Japan), Massey University (New Zealand), University of Derby (United Kingdom), and most recently, Simon Fraser University in British Columbia (Canada). My academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Applied Engineering, a Master's of Science in Quality Management and Productivity, and a PhD in Operations Management from the University of Wollongong in New South Wales, Australia.
