Ken Kaser has 30+ years in Operations, holding a variety of roles in energy generation, both Services and Manufacturing, starting as an International Field Engineer with GE Vernova, working through increasingly responsible positions. He most recently was COO Blades for Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy, where he was responsible for 2.5 billion euro of product delivery and a team of over 6700 personnel. Ken is a graduate of Georgia Institute of Technology, where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. He also holds a Masters of International Management degree from the American Graduate School of International Management (Thunderbird). Ken is a certified Master Black Belt in Six Sigma and previously held ISO Lead Auditor certification from Lloyds. A native of Wilmington, Delaware, Ken and his wife, Fatima, have three grown children and currently reside in Amsterdam.
