An experienced and qualified transformation leader. I have led on a number of large scale programmes to deliver improved services, systems and culture change. Programmes that have won awards and recognition at a national level. I provide consultancy services to organisations to deliver change initiatives and have worked with a range of private and public sector clients. My key passion is people, leading a vision and bringing people together to achieve a joint purpose, with drive, determination and focus. I have excellent leadership skills and a keen eye for performance management approaches to professional service delivery. I am commercially astute and business oriented while customer focused in my approach. I am also a qualified coach, an active CIPD member and trained facilitator and change manager(LEAN/Six Sigma). I am a strong community advocate , I work as a volunteer youth worker, supporting vulnerable young people and I am also a director of a multi academy trust to drive schools in the trust to deliver high quality education and outcomes for young people. I have a portfolio of professional accreditation’s and I am currently educated to Masters level and continue to learn and develop my professional development portfolio.
