FAQ’s
Registration
Absolutely! If you’re unsure of delegate names yet, simply write “TBA” (to be announced) on the registration form or send us an email. You can update these names up to 15 days before the event.
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, Diners, AMEX etc.) and bank transfers. For bank transfers, indicate “proforma invoice” needed on the registration form. We prefer credit/debit card payments.
Yes! Provide your full details and international contact number during online registration. Our team will follow up to finalize payment.
Logistics
BTOPEX Global maintains a professional atmosphere. Business attire is recommended for both the conference and networking events. For the Networking Gala Dinner, a more formal approach with suitable dinner wear or party attire is encouraged.
One-day attendance is possible, but full participation fees apply. Conference materials will be sent after the event.
Access to Information
Yes! All presentations will be accessible to registered participants after the event. Some may even be available prior to and during the conference. You’ll receive a passcode and login details to access presentations through our online portal. The link will be included in your conference materials.
Yes, online documentation, including case studies and delegate lists, is included in the registration fee.
Those unable to attend can purchase access to online documentation by contacting info@btopexsummit.com.
Networking
We provide access to our event app to all participants, including names, job titles, company affiliations, and country of origin. The other person needs to accept your request to connect on the app.
Full payment allows you to share registration across two days with a colleague. However, attending both days is highly encouraged for the full benefit of the event.
Fees and Expenses
VAT may apply to certain events, depending on local regulations. In some cases, VAT may be reclaimable after the event. Consult with your accountant for further information. For EU participants and events within the EU, please include your VAT number on the registration form.
If you’re unable to attend after registration, a substitute can attend in your place at no additional cost. Please provide the substitute’s name at least 15 days before the event.
Written notification 4 weeks prior to the event qualifies for a full credit note as a refund. Fees are otherwise non-refundable.
Visa Assistance
We can issue an official invitation letter to assist with visa applications, but only after full payment of participation fees has been received.
What’s Included?
The participation fee covers both conference days, workshops, materials, lunches, snacks, refreshments, and the networking dinner. Hotel and travel expenses are not included unless specifically stated.
What to Bring
Come prepared! Take notes and formulate questions for speakers. The agenda will be provided in hard copy at the event. Laptops, tablets, and phones are welcome in the conference room. WiFi access will be available to access presentations online.
